GEFFA Summer school Rijeka 2012

GEFFA Summer school Rijeka 2. – 8. September.2012.

Workshop title: Modelling strategies
Lecturer: Milan Šijakov

Brief description: Developing different modelling strategies for modelling same object. In this way students are encouraged to rethink geometry and find the best and the fastest solution when modelling 3D objects.

Software: 3Ds MAX

Number of working hours: 8

Number of participants: 6

  • Dragana Ćiprijanović
  • Tijana Ilić
  • Bojan Jovančević
  • Vedran Ciglarić
  • Dragan Marković
  • Igor Sjeverac

Description:

Comparing two modelling techniques of modelling. Spline (NURBS) based modelling and Solid based modelling, students can explore CAD tools capabilities and find the best and the fastest solutions when dealing with complex geometry.

Two modelling techniques, case study ARCAM center in Amsterdam.
