The 23rd Salon of Architecture Novi Sad was opened on 15. 10. 2022. and our project Terracotta panels was awarded with Honorable mention in the category Digital space and experiment in Architecture, Urban planning and Interior.

The two summer schools to be held in Jimbolia (September 2021) and in Kikinda (April 2022) are fundamental learning, teaching and training experiences, placed at the very core of our partnership. They will provide tutors and students from partner countries (Romania, Serbia, Hungary and Bulgaria) with a first opportunity to work together in a common setting, focusing on a unique and dedicated topic: the research of our common baukultur, and the further development of the Think Brick competition brief.

Digital Design Center, FTN, Novi Sad hosted 30 students form BNCA Digital Architecture college, Pune, India, on the workshop aiming to create and show strategies for flat packable and floatable emergency shelter design.
We enjoyed this event very much and we thank again to our collages from India who initiated the workshop and to all of the students who participated.

Our research Shark Shin Panels (Digital Design Center, FTN) is presented yesterday
at the Design Computing exhibition in Prague at the Faculty of architecture of Czech Technical University within over great 50 examples of design computing
from prestige schools of architecture and architectural firms 
from all over the world.

We are very happy to announce that the experimental project FlexiSPOT Pavilion was selected in the first 40 projects in the category Initiative/Experiments/Visions in Architecture at the BETA 2018 exhibition, set to be held in October in Timisoara, Romania. The project will be publicly presented to the jury on 25-27. October. Oral presentation about the FlexiSPOT Pavilion will be held on October 25th in the Multifunctional Hall of the Timis County Council in Timisoara.

A team of a bachelor students from the Department of Architecture and Urbanism represented the Faculty of Technical Sciences Novi Sad at the FAB FEST 2018 competition in the field of architectural and artistic digital fabrication, which is held each year at the University of Westminster in London. The team that consisted of Emeše B Varga, Teodora Nikolić, Radmila Đurasinović, Ksenija Martić, Jelena Vujović and Ivana Beatović, in cooperation with the Digital Design Center, built a full-scale pavilion. Their pavilion won the first architectural award in a very strong competition besides many of the world’s leading institutions in this field and in that manner presented the Faculty of Technical Sciences Novi Sad in the best possible way.
