Od testnog uzorka do finalne forme<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161a metodologija je organizovana u dva povezana nivoa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Testni nivo: Po\u010detna faza istra\u017eivanja fokusirala se na generisanje gustine ta\u010daka unutar kontrolne kocke. Ovim &#8220;jedini\u010dnim primerkom&#8221; kalibrisali smo kako parametri gustine uti\u010du na strukturnu stabilnost Voronoi mre\u017ee pre nego \u0161to je primenimo na kompleksniji model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aplikativni nivo (Generisanje forme \u0111ona): Nakon kalibracije, razvili smo algoritam za formiranje volumena \u0111ona. Kori\u0161\u0107enjem <em>Bounding Box<\/em> i <em>Loft<\/em> operacija, algoritam kreira trodimenzionalno telo \u0111ona sa precizno definisanim visinskim profilom (<em>drop-om<\/em>). Ovim sistemom smo obezbedili da Voronoi mre\u017ea bude precizno prilago\u0111ena biomehani\u010dkim linijama \u0111ona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Integracija sistema<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok nam algoritam za \u0111on defini\u0161e geometrijski prostor, algoritam za raspored ta\u010daka (preuzet sa testnog uzorka) popunjava taj prostor strukturnom mre\u017eom. Varijacije <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U cilju testiranja fleksibilnosti parametarskog sistema, generisali smo vi\u0161e verzija strukture \u0111ona. Promenom klju\u010dnih parametara u algoritmu, dobili smo razli\u010dite konfiguracije koje nam omogu\u0107avaju da optimizujemo \u0111on za razli\u010dite potrebe (npr. tr\u010danje, hodanje ili stajanje).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Varijacija gustine \u0107elija (Density Variation): Kroz <em>Graph Mapper<\/em> komponentu, modifikovali smo distribuciju Voronoi \u0107elija.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Varijacija strukturne geometrije (Scale Factor): Menjanjem <em>Scale<\/em> faktora i debljine zidova \u0107elija (<em>Loft<\/em> operacija), dobili smo varijante sa razli\u010ditom porozno\u0161\u0107u.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Varijacija broja \u0107elija: Kroz promenu <em>Populate 3D<\/em> parametara, testirali smo strukture sa drasti\u010dno manjim i ve\u0107im brojem \u0107elija, \u010dime smo utvrdili granice izvodljivosti \u0161tampe.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Ograni\u010denja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Proces tranzicije sa digitalnog modela na fizi\u010dki prototip kroz 3D \u0161tampu identifikovao je nekoliko klju\u010dnih tehni\u010dkih i tehnolo\u0161kih ograni\u010denja sistema:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kompleksnost i veli\u010dina podataka: Detaljne Voronoi strukture generi\u0161u izuzetno zahtevne fajlove (geometrija testne kocke je prelazila veli\u010dinu od 100 MB). Ovako velika koli\u010dina podataka ote\u017eava konverziju, otvaranje i pripremu modela u softveru za 3D \u0161tampu, \u0161to ukazuje na potrebu za geometrijskom optimizacijom pre same proizvodnje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zavisnost geometrije od parametara \u0161tampe: Da bi se kompleksna \u0161upljikava struktura uspe\u0161no od\u0161tampala na modelu manjih dimenzija, bilo je neophodno prilagoditi hardverska pode\u0161avanja. Kori\u0161\u0107enje ve\u0107e mlaznice \u0161tampa\u010da (<em>print nozzle<\/em>) i ve\u0107e visine slojeva (<em>layer height<\/em>) direktno uti\u010de na finalnu detaljnost i vizuelne karakteristike strukture, \u0161to predstavlja kompromis izme\u0111u izvodljivosti i preciznosti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rizik od zastoja materijala: Zbog specifi\u010dne i kompleksne geometrije Voronoi \u0107elija, tokom procesa \u0161tampe dolazi do tehni\u010dkih izazova poput zaglavljivanja materijala u mlaznici \u0161tampa\u010da. \u010ceste promene u ekstruziji i kompleksne putanje glave \u0161tampa\u010da kod gustih mre\u017ea pove\u0107avaju rizik od prekida procesa i neuspe\u0161nih otisaka.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mehani\u010dki odziv i gustina strukture: Prvi testni uzorci su pokazali da unutra\u0161nja konfiguracija (veliki broj otvora i debljina zidova) mo\u017ee rezultovati geometrijom koja pru\u017ea prevelik otpor pri pritisku. To implicira da se \u017eeljena fleksibilnost ne mo\u017ee posti\u0107i nasumi\u010dnim dizajnom, ve\u0107 da se broj \u0107elija i <em>scale<\/em> faktor moraju precizno kalibrisati u odnosu na mogu\u0107nosti materijala.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Evaluacija hipoteza<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na osnovu parametarskog modelovanja i fizi\u010dke validacije prototipova, potvr\u0111ujemo opravdanost postavljenih hipoteza:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hipoteza 1: Pobolj\u0161ana amortizacija sile udara<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Algoritam uspe\u0161no mapira intenzitet pritiska na geometrijsku strukturu \u0111ona. Kroz promenu visine i gustine Voronoi \u0107elija, postigli smo da zona pete poseduje ve\u0107u strukturnu otpornost. Ovakav dizajn obezbe\u0111uje selektivnu amortizaciju na mestu najja\u010deg udara, \u010dime se dokazano smanjuje optere\u0107enje na zglobove u odnosu na standardne \u0111onove uniformne debljine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hipoteza 2: Prirodan prelaz stopala (faza doskoka i odraza)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Primena gradijenta visine \u0111ona omogu\u0107ila je fluidnu geometrijsku tranziciju. Time smo postigli da \u0111on prati biomehani\u010dku putanju stopala, \u010dime se umanjuje ose\u0107aj te\u017eine i nestabilnosti tokom kretanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Rezultati i zaklju\u010dak<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon fizi\u010dke validacije testnih uzoraka, uspe\u0161no smo definisali gradijent gustine Voronoi strukture, koji je direktno primenljiv na zoniranje \u0111ona patike. Struktura uspe\u0161no disperzuje pritisak, \u010dime se ostvaruje projektovani cilj \u2013 obezbe\u0111ivanje \u010dvrste baze za doskok koja spre\u010dava kolaps materijala, a istovremeno pru\u017ea neophodnu kontrolu pri po\u010detnom kontaktu sa podlogom. Dok Zona 1 pru\u017ea apsolutnu stabilnost, Zona 2 reaguje elasti\u010dnije, apsorbuju\u0107i energiju i pripremaju\u0107i stopalo za prelaz ka sredi\u0161njem delu \u0111ona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaklju\u010dak: Ovakav odziv potvr\u0111uje da je postignut projektovani balans izme\u0111u \u010dvrstine i elasti\u010dnosti. Struktura se sabija uz minimalan otpor, \u010dime se omogu\u0107ava slobodno savijanje \u0111ona u fazi odraza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaklju\u010dak: Rezultati potvr\u0111uju ispravnost zoniranja \u2013 dok su prethodne zone pru\u017eale stabilnost, ova zona omogu\u0107ava potrebnu dinami\u010dnost. Ovim je kompletiran sistem koji omogu\u0107ava da se \u0111on pona\u0161a razli\u010dito u zavisnosti od anatomske pozicije, \u010dime se posti\u017ee balans izme\u0111u za\u0161tite (peta\/zglob) i prirodne pokretljivosti (prsti).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalni zaklju\u010dak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glavni cilj ovog projekta \u2013 validacija parametarskog metoda za dizajn i proizvodnju \u0111ona sa varijabilnom unutra\u0161njom strukturom \u2013 u potpunosti je ispunjen. Kroz razvoj algoritamskog sistema u <em>Grasshopper<\/em>-u, dokazali smo da se mehani\u010dka svojstva \u0111ona (krutost i fleksibilnost) mogu precizno kontrolisati manipulacijom Voronoi \u0107elija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evaluacija rezultata u odnosu na postavljene kriterijume potvr\u0111uje slede\u0107e:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odgovor na Kriterijum 1 (Geometrija prema mapi pritiska): Algoritam je uspe\u0161no generisao \u010detiri nivoa gustine strukture, \u010dime je postignuta selektivna amortizacija. Testni uzorci potvr\u0111uju da struktura maksimalne gustine (peta i zglob) pru\u017ea neophodnu strukturnu stabilnost, dok minimalna gustina (prsti) omogu\u0107ava slobodno savijanje, \u010dime je geometrija \u0111ona direktno prilago\u0111ena zonama pritiska stopala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odgovor na Kriterijum 2 (Biomehani\u010dka putanja): Implementacijom postepenog prelaza (gradijenta) visina \u0107elija, stvorili smo uslove za fluidnu tranziciju tokom kretanja. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Primena metode na konkretnom primeru 1.
