Zatim smo, primenom Bulovih (<em>Boolean<\/em>) operacija, kreirali \u201eklinasto-zup\u010dasti spoj\u201d, koji je preslikan (mirorovan) u negativu na suprotnoj strani ravni. Tako kreiran element potom je bilo mogu\u0107e rotirati za 90 stepeni, koriste\u0107i osnovnu koordinatu kao referencu. Na ovaj na\u010din dobijena je kutija \u010diji se svaki parametar mogao individualno menjati i skalirati za potrebe finalne proizvodnje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako je ovaj metod rezultirao potpuno parametarskim modelom, on je koncepcijski ograni\u010den isklju\u010divo na formu kutije i ne mo\u017ee se primeniti na druge, kompleksnije geometrijske oblike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure pristup zapo\u010dinje definisanjem osnovne geometrije, odnosno B-rep (<em>Boundary Representation<\/em>) modela, koji mo\u017ee predstavljati zidove bilo koje dispozicije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U prvoj fazi ovog rada, problem uklapanja klinasto-zup\u010dastih spojeva re\u0161ili smo tako \u0161to smo svakoj ivici dodelili parnu ili neparnu vrednost koja se ponavlja u pravilnim, nepromenljivim intervalima. Me\u0111utim, ispostavilo se da ovaj pristup funkcioni\u0161e isklju\u010divo kod konveksnih ivica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zbog toga je na ovom mestu neophodno precizno definisati pojmove konveksne i konkavne ivice. U geometriji se ovi izrazi odnose na oblike mnogouglova ili poliedara, kao i na same uglove i linije koje ih defini\u0161u.
