istra\u017eivanju odnosi se na razvoj brzih i efikasnih metoda za<br>kreiranje elemenata od \u0161perplo\u010de i balsa drveta. Fokus bi bio na predmetima malih razmera, u<br>opsegu od 10 do 100 cm, sa posebnim akcentom na preciznost i optimizaciju procesa izrade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>U savremenom digitalnom dobu sve vi\u0161e nestaje li\u010dni pe\u010dat u enterijerima koje koristimo, usled<br>dominacije digitalizacije i komodifikacije proizvoda i usluga velikih korporacija. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao odgovor naovaj trend, ve\u0107 danas prime\u0107ujemo sve ve\u0107i broj pojedinaca koji nastoje da povrate kontrolu<br>nad sopstvenim okru\u017eenjem \u2013 kroz hostovanje sopstvenih servera, restauraciju starih vozila, kupovinu fizi\u010dkih nosa\u010da zvuka ili prelazak na open-source softverska re\u0161enja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>U tom kontekstu, male prostorne makete \u2013 bilo da predstavljaju mesta koja smo posetili, \u017eelimo<br>da posetimo ili jednostavno slu\u017ee kao dekorativni elementi \u2013 predstavljaju jo\u0161 jedan na\u010din personalizacije prostora i vra\u0107anja individualnog identiteta u svakodnevno okru\u017eenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Tema istra\u017eivanja:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>U praksi, kada klijent zahteva izradu makete u odre\u0111enoj razmeri (npr. 1:100), zna\u010dajan deo vremena ula\u017ee se u kreiranje digitalnih modela i pripremu elemenata za fabrikaciju putem CNC ma\u0161ina, lasera ili 3D \u0161tampe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Me\u0111utim, ukoliko se pojavi potreba za izradom iste makete u drugoj razmeri, dolazi do ozbiljnih ograni\u010denja. U digitalnom okru\u017eenju, problem se relativno jednostavno re\u0161ava primenom funkcije skaliranja (scale). Ipak, u fizi\u010dkom svetu takav pristup nailazi na niz prepreka:<br>minimalne dimenzije izrade, ograni\u010denja materijala, nepostojanje standardizovanih debljina, kao<br>i problemi u uklapanju elemenata.<br>Posledi\u010dno, veliki deo prethodno ulo\u017eenog rada postaje neupotrebljiv. Model je potrebno ili<br>pojednostaviti ili dodatno razraditi, u zavisnosti od nove razmere, \u0161to zna\u010dajno usporava proces<br>i pove\u0107ava tro\u0161kove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Stanje u oblasti:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>U trenutku pisanja ovog rada ne postoji univerzalno re\u0161enje koje omogu\u0107ava skaliranje trodimenzionalnih modela uz minimalne izmene potrebne za fizi\u010dku fabrikaciju u razli\u010ditim razmerama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Zbog toga se ve\u0107ina biroa i dalje oslanja na tradicionalne metode, gde se svaki element prilago\u0111ava individualno za svaku razmeru. Ovakav pristup mo\u017ee obezbediti visok kvalitet, ali zna\u010dajno pove\u0107ava vreme izrade i ukupne tro\u0161kove projekta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Problem:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Problem je susret dve forme koje sada moraju da se sretnu u tri dimenzije, gde su sve tri paremetarse i zavese jedne od druge, ali gde odnos elemenata mora da ostane isti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Ako na primer imamo plo\u010du od 10x10cm debljine od 2mm i koja se spaja se identi\u010dnom plo\u010dom sa obi\u010dna dva \u017eljeba. Pove\u0107anje razmere, uti\u010de i na dimanzije plo\u010de, broj \u017eljebova i njihove veli\u010dine za novu razmeru, kao i na debljinu materijala ili \u010dak i na vrsu materijala, ako prethodni vi\u0161e ne mo\u017ee da posnese mehani\u010de i dimami\u010dke stresove, ili radi \u010diste estetike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Treba sa postoji izbor materijala koji bi prgram sam prametri\u010dki birao sa velikom sigurnu\u0161\u0107u i minimalnim ljudskim inputom. Program treba da prepozna kada da korist plo\u010du od 1, 1,5, 2.5<br>mm\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Cilj:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Cilj ovog istra\u017eivanja jeste razvoj parametarskog sistema za projektovanje i fabrikaciju elemenata malih razmera od \u0161perplo\u010de i balsa drveta, koji omogu\u0107ava efikasno prilago\u0111avanje<br>modela razli\u010ditim razmerama uz minimalne izmene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Istra\u017eivanje te\u017ei da uspostavi metodologiju koja povezuje digitalni model i fizi\u010dku realizaciju, uzimaju\u0107i u obzir ograni\u010denja materijala, tehnologije izrade i minimalne dimenzije elemenata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Poseban fokus je na automatizaciji procesa skaliranja, tako da se zadr\u017ee funkcionalni i konstruktivni odnosi izme\u0111u elemenata, bez potrebe za ponovnim modelovanjem.<br>Kona\u010dni cilj je razvoj sistema koji mo\u017ee da prepozna i optimizuje klju\u010dne parametre \u2013 poput debljine materijala, dimenzija spojeva i izbora materijala \u2013 \u010dime se smanjuje vreme izrade, tro\u0161kovi i potreba za manuelnim intervencijama u procesu projektovanja i fabrikacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Hipoteza:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Da li je mogu\u0107a fabrikacija maketa i elemenata malih razmera koriste\u0107i parametarsko modelovanje od \u0161perplo\u010de i balsa drveta, koji omogu\u0107ava efikasno prilago\u0111avanje modela razli\u010ditim razmerama uz minimalne izmene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Kriterijumi:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mogu\u0107nost fabrikacije<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parameterska promena materijala<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatsko kreiranje adekvatnih spojnica bez ili uz minimalnu intevenciju modelara<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatska kreacija mustri i plo\u010da za CNC i Lasersku fabrikaciju.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Projekat faza 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-8.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"539\" height=\"410\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24724\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-8.png 539w, https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-8-300x228.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 539px) 100vw, 539px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kreacija parametarskog finger joint-a<\/strong><br>Prva faza projekta fokusira se na ispitivanje mogu\u0107nosti ovog pristupa kroz jednostavan eksperiment \u2013 spajanje dve povr\u0161ine pomo\u0107u \u201efinger joint\u201c spoja, koji bi bilo mogu\u0107e skalirati.<br>Cilj ove faze je da ispuni slede\u0107e kriterijume:<br>&#8211; Mogu\u0107nost fabrikacije<br>-Parameterska promena materijala<br>-Automatsko kreiranje adekvatnih spojnica bez ili uz minimalnu intevenciju modelara<br>-Automatska kreacija mustri i plo\u010da za CNC i Lasersku fabrikaciju.<br>parametarska promena debljine materijala prilikom skaliranja objekta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Projekat faza 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-9.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"511\" height=\"483\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-9.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24728\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-9.png 511w, https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-9-300x284.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 511px) 100vw, 511px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Druge ve\u017ebe:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tokom prethodnih ve\u017ebi uo\u010dili smo odre\u0111ene probleme prilikom generisanja spojeva na konveksnim geometrijama.
