Ispitivanje je vr\u0161eno na malim modelima koje imaju zakrivljenu strukturu kako bi \u0161to verodostojnije imitirale budu\u0107i model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Princip va\u0111enja iz kalupa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje sam vr\u0161ila na tri kalupa koja sam napravila od papira, folije i plasti\u010dnih \u010dinijica. Jednu \u010dinijicu sam premazala uljem, jednu bebi puderom i jednu sam stavila u foliju. Na njih sam sipala otpoljeni vosak koji je prilikom sipanja bio u te\u010dnom stanju.\u00a0Iz kalupa sam uspela da izvadim sva tri modela, me\u0111utim zaklju\u010dak do kojeg sam do\u0161la jeste da se najlak\u0161e izvadio vosak koji je bio u kalupu <strong>prekriven folijom<\/strong>. Primetila sam jasnu razliku u njihovim osobinama: \u017eute sve\u0107e su bile znatno elasti\u010dnije i lako su se savijale, dok se bela sve\u0107a prilikom se\u010denja krunila i pokazivala manju elasti\u010dnost. U ovom koraku naglasak je stavljen na formiranje modela koji \u0107e biti malih razmera, te se iz tog razloga ne razvijaju zna\u010dajne membranske sile niti koncentracije napona koje bi ina\u010de zahtevale detaljnu analizu stabilnosti i prenos optere\u0107enja. \u00a0Na taj na\u010din, cilj je da se kreira umanjeni, ali verodostojni model zami\u0161ljene konstrukcije. To bi bio model koji jasno prikazuje budu\u0107i izgled i osnovne estetske karakteristike planiranog elementa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Princip oblikovanja<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za po\u010detak formiram pravougaonik veli\u010dine koje \u017eelim da bude moj kalup. Pravougaonik zatim delim na odre\u0111en broj segmenata po \u0161irini i visini, kako bi nastala mre\u017ea dovoljno gusta za kasniju deformaciju.Potrebno je da postoji veliki broj segmenata zato \u0161to ra\u010dunar zakrivljenost uvek aproksimira <strong>malim ravnim elementima<\/strong>. Od ovakve povr\u0161ine formiram <strong>mesh<\/strong>, koji mi slu\u017ei kao osnovna baza za dalji nastavak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon toga, treba da dodam ta\u010dke koje \u017eelim da ostanu fiksirane za dno. One \u0107e u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva predstavljati <strong>oslonce<\/strong>. Proizvoljno biram ta\u010dke i postavljam ih na stranice koje uokviruju moju povr\u0161inu. Da bih preciznije kontrolisala koja mesta mesh-a ostaju fiksirana tokom simulacije, oko odabranih ta\u010daka postavila sam <strong>sfere<\/strong>. One slu\u017ee kao delovi konstrukcije koji treba da ostanu na istom mestu i dr\u017ee oblik dok se ostatak mre\u017ee deformi\u0161e. Tako\u0111e, postavljam i radius sfere tako da mogu da uti\u010dem na veli\u010dinu obuhva\u0107enog dela. &nbsp;Tu koristim komponentu <strong>dispatch <\/strong>kako bih razvrstala ta\u010dke u dve grupe. Prva, koja meni treba, jesu ta\u010dke koje se nalaze u sferi i na ivicama pravougaonika (naked points) i druge koje se nalaze van oformljenih sfera. Ta\u010dke koje upadnu u sferu postaju fiksni oslonci u simulaciji, dok preostale ostaju slobodne da se deformi\u0161u prate\u0107i Kangaroo ciljeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ciljeve koje sam ja zadala su <strong>Edge Length<\/strong> koji kontoli\u0161e koliko \u0107e duboko mre\u017ea da se savije i <strong>Load <\/strong>koji zadaje silu u odre\u0111enom smeru, u ovom slu\u010daju to je sila u Z pravcu.
