Kao posledica, javlja se potreba za ortopedskim pomagalima i protezama koje bi omogu\u0107ile rastere\u0107enje tela i pobolj\u0161anje kretanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradicionalni pristupi izradi proteza zasnivaju se na ru\u010dnom modelovanju i prilago\u0111avanju, \u0161to je vremenski zahtevno i \u010desto manje precizno. Razvoj CAD\/CAM i 3D tehnologija otvara nove mogu\u0107nosti za individualizovanu, brzu i preciznu proizvodnju ortopedskih pomagala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cilj ovog istra\u017eivanja bio je da se razvije metodologija projektovanja ergonomske proteze za jazavi\u010dare primenom parametarskog modelovanja i digitalne analize povr\u0161ina, uz eksperimentalnu verifikaciju na fizi\u010dkom modelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Materijal i metode<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za digitalno modelovanje kori\u0161\u0107en je Rhinoceros 3D, dok su parametarske operacije i analiza razvijanja povr\u0161ina sprovedene u Grasshopper dodatku. Zavr\u0161na obrada i \u0161abloniranje modela izvr\u0161eni su u AutoCAD-u, dok je za eksperimentalnu validaciju primenjena 3D \u0161tampa FDM tehnologijom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modelovanje torza i udova:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Torzo je formiran pomo\u0107u preseka kru\u017enih kontura postavljenih pod razli\u010ditim uglovima, spojenih funkcijom Loft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Udovi su oblikovani na bazi elipti\u010dnih preseka, tako\u0111e kori\u0161\u0107enjem Loft operacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Dobijeni volumeni su spojeni radi anatomskog kontinuiteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Screenshot-2025-09-26-160744-Copy-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"394\" height=\"360\" data-id=\"22835\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Screenshot-2025-09-26-160744-Copy-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22835\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Screenshot-2025-09-26-160744-Copy-2.png 394w, https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Screenshot-2025-09-26-160744-Copy-2-300x274.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 394px) 100vw, 394px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kreiranje modela proteze:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Primena Boolean operacija omogu\u0107ila je uklanjanje volumena nogu sa osnovnog torza, \u010dime su formirani udubljeni otvori na mestima udova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Na onovu ovog minijaturnog torza izra\u0111ena je proteza od tkanine i konca, \u0161to je omogu\u0107ilo simulaciju funkcionalnosti i vizuelnu potvrdu ergonomskog oblika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-09-26-at-17.04.43_2f823e85.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"790\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-09-26-at-17.04.43_2f823e85-1024x790.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22839\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-09-26-at-17.04.43_2f823e85-1024x790.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-09-26-at-17.04.43_2f823e85-300x231.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-09-26-at-17.04.43_2f823e85-768x592.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-09-26-at-17.04.43_2f823e85.jpg 1220w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rezultati<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Parametarsko modelovanje omogu\u0107ilo je brzo formiranje torza i udova, kao i laku primenu geometrijskih operacija za formiranje proteze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Analiza razvijanja povr\u0161ina jasno je pokazala da se pri razvijanju cele povr\u0161ine javljaju prevelike deformacije, dok razvijanje polovine i mirorovanje rezultira minimalnim odstupanjima (~10%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Eksperimentalna validacija pomo\u0107u 3D \u0161tampe i ru\u010dne izrade minijaturne proteze od tkanine i konca potvrdila je da se proteza mo\u017ee precizno uklopiti na model torza, uz o\u010duvanje ergonomskog oblika i funkcionalnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Dobijeni rezultati potvr\u0111uju da parametarsko modelovanje i primena BFF algoritma zna\u010dajno unapre\u0111uju proces projektovanja ergonomskih proteza. Posebno je zna\u010dajno pore\u0111enje razli\u010ditih metoda razvijanja: pokazalo se da razvijanje polovine i njeno mirorovanje pru\u017ea najstabilnije rezultate, jer se deformacije materijala svode na minimum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Eksperiment sa minijaturnim modelom jazavi\u010dara i ru\u010dno ura\u0111enom protezom od tkanine i konca pokazao je da je \u010dak i u fazi rane validacije mogu\u0107e pouzdano testirati izgled i funkcionalnost. Pore\u0111enjem razli\u010ditih metoda razvijanja povr\u0161ina zaklju\u010deno je da je razvijanje jedne polovine modela i njeno mirorovanje optimalno re\u0161enje, jer dovodi do minimalnih promena materijala (~10%), za razliku od razvijanja cele povr\u0161ine gde su deformacije zna\u010dajno ve\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eksperimentalna validacija na pribli\u017enom 3D \u0161tampanom modelu i minijaturnoj protezi izra\u0111enoj od tkanine i konca potvrdila je da metoda daje funkcionalne i ergonomski prilagodljive rezultate.
