Ideja je bila da se kalup podijeli na pola i da se prilikom livenja materijala ta dva dijela spoje gumicma, me\u0111utim, prilikom odvajanja kalupa bi do\u0161lo do loma\u00a0ivica finalnog proizvoda,\u00a0koje se nalaze na spojevima oba dijela, na \u0161ta je, u velikoj mjeri, uticala i zakrivljena forma kalupa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/91.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16657\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/91.png\" alt=\"9\" width=\"1513\" height=\"393\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/91.png 1513w, https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/91-300x77.png 300w, https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/91-1024x265.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1513px) 100vw, 1513px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong>\u00a0U ovom primjeru ideja je bila da se,\u00a0pomo\u0107u kalupa, napravi modla od silikona, koja \u0107e vi\u0161e puta mo\u0107i da se upotrijebi za livenje \u017eeljene mase. Uzet je u obzir problem iz prethodne metode, te je zakrivljeni oblik saksije ispravljen. Kalup bi se sastojao iz tri dijela koja bi se re\u0111ala jedan u drugi, istim redosledom kao na slici, a obrnutim redosledom vadila prilikom odvajanja finalnog proizvoda. Kako bi izbjegli lomljenje kalupa prilikom odvajanja silikonske modle, predlog je bio da se spolja\u0161nji zid kalupa podijeli na odre\u0111eni broj dijelova.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/82.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16658\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/82.png\" alt=\"8\" width=\"1513\" height=\"395\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/82.png 1513w, https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/82-300x78.png 300w, https:\/\/www.arhns.uns.ac.rs\/givsf\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/82-1024x267.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1513px) 100vw, 1513px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Podjelom kalupa na tri dijela, od kojih su dva ista a jedan razli\u010dit, dobijamo finalni model za kalup. Princip je isti kao kod druge metode, s tim da se spolja\u0161nji zidovi kalupa, prije livenja mase, moraju dobro pri\u010dvrstiti kako masa ne bi iza\u0161la van kalupa.
