Robotics in Architecture is the only academic course of this kind in the region, and the Faculty of Technical Sciences and the Digital Design Center are one of the few centers in Europe in the field of robotics in architecture that are officially marked on the Robots Map in the creative industries of the Association of robots in architecture. Within the course, students master the basic skills necessary for the design and fabrication with industrial robots by exploring its creative potentials and possibilities in contemporary architecture. Through practical assignments, students learn how to build their own tools for graphic algorithm editor, the Grasshopper, who is related to a robot.

Wall Panel Robotic FabricationThe basic idea of the project was to generate a wall panel whose cutting would be processed with the help of an industrial robot. Walls of this type have their aesthetic and visual role in the interior design and contribute to the quality and dynamics of space. Robotic Brick LayingThe aim of this project is to automate the construction of a brick wall using an industrial robot ABB IRB-140.
