Mirko Raković

Mirko Raković is an Assistant professor in Robotics at the Chair of Mechatronics, robotics and automatization at the University of Novi Sad. In his doctoral thesis, he introduced a novel, biologically inspired methodology to synthesize and realize walking of biped locomotion in an unstructured dynamic environment by using the Reconfigurable Adaptive Motion Primitives. Up to now, he published over 40 research papers at international journals, book chapters and international conferences in the area of robotics. Besides his mainstream orientation in humanoid robotics, he is involved in the research and teaching related to the application of mechatronics and robotics in architecture, and he is currently teaching two courses within the master programme Digital Techniques, Design and Production in Architecture and Urban Planning, at the Faculty of Technical Science, University of Novi Sad.
